摘要
随着全球一体化时代的到来,我国零售业的发展形势越来越严峻。因此,连锁零售业要在更好地满足客户服务的基础上进一步对库存成本进行优化,进而实现经济效益最大化。文章基于连锁经营配送,通过对传统的库存控制策略进行分析,然后在此基础上提出现代库存控制策略(VMI策略),以期能够为连锁零售业有效降低库存成本,提高核心竞争力提供一定的参考价值。
With the development of globalization, the situation of retail business becomes more and more severe.The chain business should optimize inventory cost based on satisfying customers to realize maximization of economic benefits. Based on retail business,this paper raises modem VMI theory to effectively reduce cost of inventory of chain retail business and provide reference to improve competitiveness by analyzing traditional inventory control
