摘要
【目的】探讨仿生物理治疗女性轻、中度压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗程及疗效。【方法】来本院就诊的SUI患者93例,其中轻度组62例,根据治疗意愿分为轻度1组31例,轻度2组31例;中度组31例。轻度1组应用PHENIX USB 4盆底功能治疗仪行系统仿生物理治疗1疗程(基础治疗,每次30 min ,每周2次,共15次),轻度2组及中度组予系统仿生物理治疗三疗程(巩固治疗),疗程间间隔1个月,于基础治疗后及巩固治疗一年后判定疗效。【结果】一个疗程治疗后,轻度组62例中61例(98.39%)有效,其中57例(91.94%)治愈;中度组31例中24例(77.42%)有效,19例(61.29%)治愈。轻度2组及中度组继续行巩固治疗。疗程结束后一年评估:轻度1组中25例(80.65%)仍有效,其中23例(74.19%)治愈;轻度2组30例(96.77%)有效,29例(93.55%)治愈;中度组28例(90.32%)有效,26例(83.87%)治愈。轻度组有效率及治愈率显著高于中度组( P <0.05, P <0.01);轻度2组一年有效率及治愈率均稍高于中度组,但差异均无统计学意义( P >0.05);轻度2组一年后治愈率高于轻度1组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。【结论】仿生物理治疗对轻、中度SUI均能有效缓解症状甚至治愈,应用三个疗程的巩固治疗的疗效优于一个疗程的基础治疗。
[Objective] To explore the course and efficacy of bionics-physics method for the treatment of fe-male patients with mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI) .[Methods]Totally 93 patients with SUI in our hospital were divided into mild group( n=62) and moderate group( n=31) .According to treatment will ,the mild group was divided into mild I group( n =31) and mild II group( n=31) .The mild I group received bionics-physics treatment by using PHENIX USB 4 pelvic floor function instrument for one course (basic course ,30 min for one time ,twice every week ,total 15 times) .The mild II group and moderate group received bionics-physics for 3 courses(intensified treatment) .The interval between two course was 1 month .The efficacy was assessed af-ter basic treatment and 1 year after the intensified treatment .[Results]After one course of treatment ,61 patient (98 .39% ) in mild group were effective in which 57 patients(91 .94% ) were cured ,and 24 patients(77 .42% ) in moderate group were effective and 19 patients(61 .29% ) were cured .The mild II group and moderate group con-tinued the intensified treatment . The assessment results after one year of the course showed that 25 patients (80 .65% ) of mild I group were still effective in which 23 patients(74 .19% ) were cured ,and 30 patients(96 . 77% ) of mild II group were effective and 29 patients(93 .55% ) were cured ,and 28 patients(90 .32% ) of moderate group were effective and 26 patients(83 .87% ) were cured .Both the effective rate and the curative rate in mild group were markedly higher than those in moderate group ( P〈0 .05 ,P〈0 .01) .After one year later ,the effec-tive rate and curative rate in mild II group were slightly higher than those in moderate group ,but there was no sig-nificant difference( P 〉0 .05 ,P 〉0 .05) .After one year later ,the curative rate in mild II group was higher than that in mild I group ,and there was significant difference( P〈0 .05) .[Conclusion]The bionics-physics method for the treatment of mild and moderate SUI can effectively relieve the symptoms and even heal them well .The efficacy of the intensified treatment for 3 courses is better than basic therapy for one course .
