摘要 褪黑素(Melatonin ,M T )化学名称 N-乙酞-5-甲氧色胺,在人类主要由松果体腺分泌,是松果腺分泌的主要激素,它不仅有生物钟作用,还具有广泛的生物学作用,如提高免疫力、改善睡眠、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗高血压等作用。它可使动物和人正常的血压降低,也可对抗病理性的血压升高,还能影响血压的昼夜节律。本文就MT 对血压的影响进行综述。
