摘要
随着人权事业的不断发展,监狱医疗纠纷不断增加,狱医误诊致人死亡的案例时有发生,狱医误诊致人死亡暴露出监狱卫生管理存在的问题,必须引起高度重视。唯有大力改革,才能促进监狱医疗卫生事业和人权保护事业的共同进步。
With the continuous development of the cause of human rights, the prison medical disputes increase in recent years, and the misdiagnosed cases for prison doctors occur from time to time, the prisons are again and again pushed in the top of the storm.Prison doctors’misdiagnosis exposes various problems in health management of prisons, which should be highly regarded. To promote the common progress of prison health services and the protection of human rights, vigorous reform is needed.
