武术套路训练中核心力量训练的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 将能促进核心区肌肉力量发展的"核心力量训练"引入武术套路训练中,与常规训练对武术运动员身体素质的影响进行对比。研究发现:1)核心力量干预训练与常规训练均能有效增加套路运动员核心区等长肌力与运动员人体平衡能力,且前者训练效果更明显;2)本实验中采用的训练器械对训练有积极作用;3)设计核心力量训练方案时,应注意与套路特点及难度动作要求吻合,要考虑运动员基本身体素质,同时随训练阶段以及运动员身体素质的变化灵活调整。 Core strength training which can promote core muscle strength is introduced into the training of wushu, Core strength training is compared with routine training for the influence of wushu athletes’physical qualities.The conclusions are:1) both core strength training and Routine training can effectively enhance the athletes’core diathesis and body’s balance, but former effect is more obvious.2) Training equipment used in this study does a positive work;3 ) When designing core strength training program, one must pay attention to the characteristics of wushu and the difficulty of requirements, consider athletes’basic physical diathesis, and at the same time adjust the stage of training and athletes physical changes.
