颌面部骨折多层螺旋CT扫描和重建技术的临床价值及意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨采用多层螺旋CT扫描及重建对颌面部骨折的诊断价值及意义。方法回顾性分析我院2010年4月至2012年10月收治的颌面部骨折患者54例的临床资料,全部采用X线检查和多层螺旋CT扫描及重建,观察多层螺旋CT扫描及重建对颌面部骨折的显示效果。结果多层螺旋CT扫描及重建全部准确检出颌面部骨折(100.0%,167/167),显著高于X线诊断准确率88.6%(148/167),尤其是对于眶壁、上颌窦壁和副鼻窦积液的诊断准确率,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);重建MPR图像显示优于多层螺旋CT横断面,二者皆优于3D-VR图像,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT扫描及重建对颌面部骨折的诊断价值较高,且MPR图像更优。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and significance of multi-slice spiral CT scanning and reconstruction of maxillofacial fracture. Methods The clinical data of 54 patients with maxillofacial fracture in our hospital from April 2010 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received X-ray examination, multi-slice spiral CT scanning and reconstruction. The diagnostic effects of two methods were observed and compared. Results The correct detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT scanning and reconstruction was 100.0% (167/167), significantly higher than 88.6% (148/167) of X-ray examination, especially for orbital wail, maxillary sinus wall, and paranasal sinus effusion (all P〈0.05). The display effect of MPR reconstruction image was superior to cross-section, and both were superior to 3D-VR image (both P〈0.05). Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT scanning and reconstruction has high diagnostic value for maxillofacial fracture, and the MPR image is better.
