玻璃纤维桩在前磨牙重度楔状缺损修复中的临床应用

Clinical Curative Efficacy of Fiber Post Applied in the Restoration of Severe Wedge-Shaped Defect of Premolar

目的观察玻璃纤维桩修复前磨牙重度楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法 119颗重度楔状缺损前磨牙采用玻璃纤维桩树脂核修复,于24个月后观察其疗效。结果经过24个月后的临床观察,114颗牙完整,功能良好,成功率为95.8%;2颗牙颈部折断;2颗牙楔状缺损处树脂脱落;1颗牙出现牙龈红肿。结论玻璃纤维桩修复前磨牙重度楔状缺损的疗效良好,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of severe wedge-shaped defect of premolar restored by fiber post-core. Methods 119 teeth with severe wedge-shaped defect were restored by fiber posts-cores. Patients were observed at 24 months aiter treatment. Results 114 teeth were in good function aiter 24 months, the total successful rate was 95.8%. The cervical hard tissues of two teeth were broken; the fiber post resin of two tooth drop; the gingival of one tooth was red and swollen. Conclusions The effect of the severe wedge-shaped defect of premolar restored by fiber post-core is preferable.
