氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型高血压的临床分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型高血压的临床疗效。方法将我院2012年9月至2013年9月收治的72例肥胖型高血压患者随机分为常规治疗组(36例)和联合治疗组(36例)。常规治疗组给予单纯的氨氯地平治疗;联合治疗组在氨氯地平治疗同时给予二甲双胍,观察治疗12周后两组患者的血压控制情况、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后体质指数(BMI)变化。结果两组患者治疗12周后,联合治疗组的降压效果明显优于常规治疗组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);不良反应发生率联合治疗组明显优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组的BMI较治疗前下降(P<0.05),而常规治疗组BMI较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型高血压具有良好的临床效果,不良反应少,而且能降低患者BMI,提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metformin in the treatment of obesity-related hypertension. Methods Seventy-two patients with obesity-related hypertension in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into conventional therapy group and combination therapy group, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the conventional therapy group received Amlodipine for threatment, while patients in the combination therapy group received amlodipine combined with metformin for treatment. The blood pressure control, occurrence of adverse reactions, and change of body mass index (BMI) at 12 weeks of treatment were observed in two groups. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the antihypertensive effect of combination therapy group was superior to conventional therapy group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.01). The incidence of adverse reaction of combination therapy group was lower than that of conventional therapy group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). After treatment, the BMI of combination therapy group decreased significantly, and the difference between BMI before and after treatment was statistically significant (P 〈0.05); but there was no statistical difference in conventional therapy group between BMI before and after treatment (P 〉0.05). Conclusions Amlodipine combined with metformin in the treatment of obesity-related hypertension has significant clinical effect, and fewer adverse reactions. It can reduce patients' BMI, and improve patients' quality of life.
