老年煤工尘肺患者合并白色念珠菌感染67例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 67 Cases of Elderly Patients with Coal Worker's Pneumoconiosis Complicated with Candida Albicans

目的分析老年煤工尘肺患者合并白色念珠菌感染的临床特点,并总结治疗经验。方法回顾分析我院2010年1月至2013年8月收治的煤工尘肺合并白色念珠菌感染患者67例病历资料,总结该类患者临床特点和治疗经验。结果老年煤工尘肺合并白色念珠菌感染的发生率较高,约为76.14%;患者病情普遍严重,在Ⅱ级以上比例较高;患者复治比例高。治疗有效率较低(73.13%)。结论对于老年煤工尘肺患者,要尽早行痰培养和药物敏感试验,及早发现是否合并有白色念珠菌感染,并采取针对性的药物治疗,以提升患者治疗有效率,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical features of coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis （CWP） elderly patients with candida albicans, and summarize the treatment experience. Methods The clinical data of 67 patients with CWP complicated with candida albicans infection in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics and treatment experience were summarized. Results The incidence of candida albicans infection among elderly CWP patients was 76.14%. Those patients had severe disease in general, and patients with grade 1I had higher proportion. The retreatment rate was high, but the effective rate was lower （73.13 %）. Conclusions For elderly CWP patients, sputum culture and drag susceptibility testing will be taken as soon as possible to find out the patients complicated with candida albicans infection and take appropriate medications, to improve the treatment efficiency and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
