两种不同护理方法对腹部手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

Effect Observation of Two Different Nursing Methods for Gastrointestinal Function Recovery of Patients Undergoing Abdominal Surgery

目的探讨临床中腹部手术患者术后采取不同的护理方法对其胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院2011年1月到2012年12月间的100例腹部手术患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组。对照组50例患者采取常规护理,研究组50例患者在常规护理基础上实施早期活动与腹部热按摩的护理方法,观察两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果研究组患者术后肛门排便时间和排气时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间均明显低于对照组患者术后肛门排便时间和排气时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间,数据的比较具有明显的差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论临床中对于腹部手术患者术后给予早期活动与腹部热按摩及穴位贴敷的护理能够较好地促进胃肠功能的恢复,有效地缩短患者的肛门排便时间和排气时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间,整个操作简单,值得临床中应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different nursing methods for gastrointestinal function recovery of patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods One hundred patients with abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects in this study and divided into control group and research group randomly, with 50 cases in each group. Fifty cases of control group received routine nursing, while fifty cases of research group received early activities and abdominal thermal massage on the basis of routine nursing. The gastrointestinal function recovery situations of two groups were observed and compared. Results The postoperative anal defecation and exhaust time, and recovery time of bowel sound of research group were lower than those of control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with abdominal surgery, early activities, abdominal thermal massage, and sticking points after surgery can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, shorten patients＇ anal defecation and exhaust time, and shorten the recovery time of bowel sound, which is worthy of clinical application.
