Roy适应模式在主动脉夹层病人中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of the Roy Adaptation Model in Aortic Dissection Patients

目的探讨Roy适应模式在主动脉夹层(AD)病人中的应用效果。方法选择2011年12月至2013年9月期间入住本院的160例AD患者并随机分为两组各80例。所有患者均施行对应的手术治疗,对照组采取常规的围术期护理,观察组在常规的围术期护理的基础上运用Roy适应模式进行护理,对比两组患者的愈后以及血压和情绪稳定情况。结果两组患者的愈后和出院率均无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组情绪波动患者明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用Roy适应模式对主动脉夹层病人进行护理,在稳定情绪和血压控制方面具有很好效果,值得进一步探讨。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the Roy adaptation mode in aortic dissection （AD） patients. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with AD in our hospital from December 2011 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 80 cases in each group. All patients received corresponding surgery, in addition, patients in the control group received the conventional perioperative nursing, while patients in the observation group received Roy adaptation model of care based on the conventional perioperative nursing. The patients＇ prognosis, blood pressure and mood stability were compared between two groups. Results The prognosis and discharge rate had no statistical difference between two groups （P 〉0.05）. The number of patients with mood fluctuation in observation group was fewer than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of Roy adaptation model for patients with aorta dissection has good effects in the aspect of emotional stability and blood pressure control, which is worthy of further study.
