摘要 骨折愈合是一个复杂的病理生理过程,有多种生长因子参与并发挥着重要的作用。近年来,大量的研究表明,骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)是关键的骨生长因子,对骨折愈合起着重要的作用。本文对近年来国内外这一领域的相关研究作一综述。 Fracture healing is a complex pathophysiological processa, in which many kinds of growth factors participate and play an important role. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) is a key of bone growth factor, and it plays a vital role in fracture healing. This article reviewed the research progress in this field at home and abroad in recent years.
