摘要
为了得到某型汽油机进气道的性能,本文通过模拟计算和试验两种方法对该气道进行研究。模拟分析采用AVL Fire软件,试验采用涡流动量计法和激光粒子图像法。模拟分析和试验两种方法均计算得到九个工况点下气道的流量系数和滚流比。结果表明:模拟分析可以得到较准确的流量系数值,滚流比值有待进一步提高。模拟计算和激光粒子图像法均可以准确地得出各个截面的速度分布。
The paper studies the intake port through simulation and experiments in order to know the performance of the intake port of the gasoline engine. Simulation is based on AVL Fire, and the test is done by the methods of the swirl flow metering and the laser particle image. This method helps to obtain the flow coefficient and the tumble ratio at nine working sites in the intake port. The results show that the accurate flow coefficient can be obtained through simulation, and the tumble ratio should be improved further. The velocity distribution in each section can be provided accurately through simulation and laser particle image methods.
