摘要
本论文主要介绍了焦炉煤气电喷发电机组在某焦化厂电站试验的整个过程,对机组的配置做了基本描述,分析了电喷控制系统在不同控制模式下的机组工况,着重分析了电喷阀可靠性对机组在目标功率600kW运行的影响,针对出现的活塞环岸损坏问题做了详细分析;通过以上试验研究,验证了电喷阀可靠性对机组正常运行起着至关重要的作用。
This paper introduced the whole process of experiments of the electric injection generating set on coke gas in a power station of a coking plant, described genset configuration, analyzed the operating condition of the electronic control system in different control modes, and extremely analyzed the effect of the reliability of the electronic injection valve on the 600kW generator set, and explores the problem that the piston ring bank was damaged. The above studies verified that the reliability of the electronic injection valve played a vital role on the normal operation of the generator set.
