基于GIS技术的流域水文水环境信息系统开发初探──以汉水流域为例

A Study on GIS－based River Basin Information System for Hydrology and Water Environment

介绍了流域水文水环境信息系统开发的原则和方法，以汉水流域为例，探讨了基于GIS技术的汉水流域水文水环境信息系统开发的必要性，分析了系统的功能需求和结构，以1∶100万数字化地图数据ArcChina为基础，开发了具有一些初步功能的汉水流域水文水环境信息系统，并就该系统潜在的应用范围进行了讨论。

 In this paper first a brief introduction is given to the basic principles and methods for development of river basin information system for hydrology and water environment． Then the Hanshui River Basin is taken as an example for disscussing the necessity of the GIS－based river basin information system development and analyzing the functional requirements and structure of the system． After that an information system with some basic functions is developed for the Hanshui River Basin based on the 11000000 digital map ArcChina． At last the potential usage of the sysetm is discussed．
