戊酸雌二醇治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

Clinical observation of estradiol valerate in the treatment of adolescent functional bleeding

目的评价戊酸雌二醇对青春期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗效果。方法 161例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分成观察组80例和对照组81例,观察组采用戊酸雌二醇,对照组采用己烯雌酚进行人工周期。观察2组用药过程中及停药后月经恢复情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果 2组月经周期、经期、经量及总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇可取代己烯雌酚治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血。

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of estradiol valerate in the treatment of adolescent functional bleeding. Methods 161 patients with adolescent functional bleeding were randomly divided into observation group （80 cases） and control group （81 cases ）. The observation group was treated with estradiol valerate, while the control group was treated with diethylstilbestrol. The menstruation recovery, clinical effect and adverse reaction in use and withdrawal period were ob- served. Results There were no significant differences of menstrual cycle, period, classics quantity and total efficiency between ：2 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Estradiol valerate can replace the diethylstilbestrul in the treatment of adolescent functional bleeding
