牙合垫联合心理疗法治疗青少年磨牙症的有效性研究

The efficacy research of occlusal splint combined psychotherapy in the treatment of adolescents with bruxism

目的为了进一步研究和探讨临床治疗青少年磨牙症实践过程中,采用牙合垫联合心理疗法的临床实际治疗效果,从而临床治疗青少年磨牙症的相关实践提供依据。方法本文以该院2010年12月-2012年12月期间收治的青少年磨牙症患者106例为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果 (1)2组患者实施不同临床治疗方法后,总有效率组间比较,联合治疗组患者的总有效率水平显著的高于牙合垫治疗组患者的总有效率水平,且P<0.05,说明数据差异具有统计学意义;(2)总舒适率组间比较,联合治疗组患者的总舒适率水平显著的高于牙合垫治疗组患者的总舒适率水平,且P<0.05,说明数据差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗青少年磨牙症的临床实践过程中,与单纯采用牙合垫治疗方法相比较,采用牙合垫联合心理疗法的临床效果显著,是临床治疗青少年磨牙症可靠选择。

Objective To further investigate the clinical treatment effect of occlusal splint combined psychotherapy in the treatment of adolescent with bruxism, thus provide evidence for related practice in the clinical treatment of juvenile brux- ism. Methods 106 cases of adolescent bruxism in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the re- search object. The patient＇s clinical data was retrospectively analyzed. Results （ 1 ） After the implementation of different clin- ical treatment for the 2 groups, the total effective rates compared between 2 groups, the total effective rate in the combined treat- ment group was significantly higher than that in the occlusal splint group, and P 〈 0.05, indicating there were statistical signifi- cance for the differences data. （2） The total comfort rates compared between 2 groups, the total comfort rate in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the occlusal splint therapy group, and P 〈 0.05, indicating the data differ- ences were statistically significant difference. Conclusion In clinical treatment of juvenile bruxism, compared with the simple use of splint therapy, the clinical effect of splint combined psychotherapy is significant, and it is a reliable choice for the clinical treatment of juvenile bruxism.
