我院2012年住院患者抗菌药物使用情况分析

Usage analysis of antibacterials of the inpatient in our hospital in 2012

目的对该院2012年住院患者的抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析,评价该院抗菌药物使用的合理性。方法利用医院HIS系统检索2012年该院抗菌药物的使用量、使用金额等,计算抗菌药物的使用率、使用强度(AUD),并对金额、DDDs等进行排序统计,点评Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用情况。结果该院2012年抗菌药物使用率均<60%,抗菌药物使用强度<40,Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药比例由100%降至52.0%。结论该院2012年抗菌药物使用率、使用强度基本合理,在抗菌药物选择上无明显的不合理现象。

Objective To statistically analyze and evaluate the rationality of usage of antibiotics in our hospital in 2012. Methods By using HIS system,we analyzed the amount and cost of antibiotics,calculated the antibiotics utilization rate and density（AUD）, ranked the amount and DDDs, and estimated the antibiotics usage in class I incision operation. Re- suits The antibiotics use rate were less than 60% and the AUD were majorly less than 40% ,the proportion of antibiotics use for prevention in class I incision operation decreased from 100% to 52.0%. Conclusion These data indicate that the antibi- otics use rate and AUD are reasonable,without significant substance abuse in the choice of antibiotics.
