脑卒中营养风险患者早期营养支持治疗的临床价值探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨脑卒中营养风险患者早期营养支持治疗的临床价值。方法采用定点连续抽样方法选择符合入选条件的患者,用NRS-2002进行入院营养风险筛查,跟踪观察记录住院期间营养支持应用情况、营养支持方式和营养支持开始时间对并发症发生率的影响及相关营养支持生化指标变化情况。结果肠内营养支持方式及肠内肠外联合营养方式更适合脑卒中患者的早期营养供给,且在提高营养状态及减少并发症方面效果显著,比较起来肠内营养方式更优。结论对住院患者进行常规NRS-2002营养风险筛查,加强对有营养风险患者的临床营养支持管理均有助于营养支持的合理应用,减少并发症,让患者受益。
