摘要
目的分析研究阴道炎采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010年3月—2011年5月我院收治的180例患有阴道炎的患者,其中包括有滴虫性、细菌性以及外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,每种疾病60例,每种类型的阴道炎分为试验组和对照组,各30例,试验组患者实施硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊进行治疗,对照组患者实施常规临床治疗。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎,可以取得明显的临床治疗效果,并且不良反应极少,具有安全稳定性,使患者的健康生活质量得到保障,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nifuratel and nystatin soft capsules treating vaginitis.Methods A total of 180 patients with vaginitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to May 2011,including trichomoniasis,bacterial and vulvovaginal candidiasis,60 cases of each disease,each type of vaginitis divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each.experimental group treated by nifuratel nystatin vaginitis soft capsules and control group with routine clinical treatment.Results The effect rate of experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Nifuratel and nystatin soft capsules treating vaginitis,can achieve significant clinical effect and minimal adverse reactions,with security and stability,so that health-related quality of life of patients are protected,has clinical value.
