血液系统疾病的蛋白质组学研究

摘要 随着人类基因组计划的完成和后基因时代的到来,蛋白质组学研究已成为生命科学重点研究方向之一。直接运用蛋白质组学分析将对不明发病机制的疾病研究有较大突破,并对新的治疗方法、诊断技术和新的药物靶点提供直接线索。由于蛋白质翻译调控和翻译后修饰的存在,蛋白质组学能弥补基因组学和转录组学的缺陷,提供比基因组学更多的信息,直接揭示基因的功能。本文拟将蛋白质组学及其在血液病研究中的有关技术和研究进展综述如下。
