农机购置补贴政策拉动了宽甸县农机物质装备的完善和机械化作业水平的提高。针对当前农机购置补贴政策实施、利用过程中存在的问题,宽甸县从加强领导、严格管理、广泛宣传、明确重点等方面采取积极措施,确保农机购置补贴政策落到实处。
The subsidies on purchasing agricultural machines by Kuandian County has accelerated the level of agricultural equipment and mechanization for the county. This article expounds on the measures adopted by the Kuandian County for the implementation of agricultural subsidies policy in light of the existing problems in the process of policy implementations in Kuandian County, including strengthening leadership, enhancing management, extensive publicity, and clarifying policy focus so as to ensure the effect of the subsidy policies.
