摘要 研究了天然橡胶乳液的辐照硫化 ,探讨了橡胶乳液成分、敏化剂浓度、辐照剂量和贮藏时间对胶膜拉伸强度的影响。辐照硫化应首先选用合适的天然橡胶乳液 ,敏化剂 n- BA含量和辐照剂量一般分别选为 5phr和约 2 0 k Gy,具体辐照剂量应由实验确定。在 2个月内 ,辐照硫化乳液的拉伸强度基本保持不变。 Radiation vulcanization of natural rubber latex is investigated and the effects of ingredients of NRL, content of n BA , radiation doses and storage time on tensile strength at break of films are discussed. The results indicate that appropriate latex is necessary for RVNRL. Actually 5 phr n BA is chosen and radiation dose of 20 kGy is decided by experiments. The radiation vulcanized latex may be stored for 2 months.
