腹壁子宫内膜异位症的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of abdominal wall endometriosis

目的探讨腹壁子宫内膜异位症的CT表现,提高其诊断符合率。方法对经手术病理确诊的9例腹壁子宫内膜异位症的CT表现进行分析。结果所有病例CT平扫与肌肉呈等密度,增强后明显均匀或不均匀强化,边界清楚,结合临床均能得出正确诊断。结论 CT检查能发现腹壁子宫内膜异位症,但无特异性,诊断必须密切结合临床。

Objective To explore the CT manifestations of abdominal wall endometriosis in order to improve the diag- nostic coincidence rate. Methods The CT manifestations 9 cases of abdominal wall endometriosis who surgical patholo- gy diagnosed by CT examination were analyzed. Results In all cases,CT scan and muscle showed equal density,it showed remarkable homogeneous or inhomogeneous aggrandizement after enhancement with clear boundary. Combined with clinical were obtained correct diagnosis. Conclusion CT examination can find abdominal wall endometriosis,but no specificity,and the diagnosis must be closely combined with clinic.
