新型敷料与传统干纱布换药在外科切口感染中的应用效果比较

The application effect of new type of dressing and traditional dry gauze dressing in surgical incision infection

目的探讨新型敷料与传统干纱布两种换药方法在外科切口感染中的应用效果。方法选择本院200例烧伤科伤口感染换药的患者和普外科术后切口感染换药的患者,将其随机分为新型交互式敷料换药组(实验组)和传统干纱布覆盖换药组(对照组),每组各100例。观察两组的切口治愈率、换药次数、住院天数、患者在换药时的舒适度等。结果实验组的住院天数短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,患者的舒适度、切口治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新型交互式敷料应用于外科切口感染的效果优于传统干纱布换药方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of two kinds of dressing methods （new type of dressing and traditional dry gauze dressing） in infection wound of surgical incision. Methods 200 patients with wound infection in department of burn and postoperative incision infection in department of general surgery were selected and randomly divided into the new interactive dressing group （the experimental group,n=100） and the traditional dry gauze covering dressing group （the control group,n=100）.The cure rate of incision,dressing times, hospital day and the patients＇ comfort degree at dressing of the two groups were observed. Results In the experimental group,the hospital day were shorter than that in the control group,the dressing times were fewer than that in the control group and the patients＇ comfort degree,the cure rate of incision was obviously higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of new interactive dressing in surgical incision infection are better than that of traditional dry gauze dressing.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
