摘要
目的探讨肝癌介入治疗后的护理措施以及临床效果。方法对本院收治的138例行介入治疗的肝癌患者进行针对性护理措施,包括健康宣传、基础护理、用药护理以及术后并发症护理等,研究介入治疗后护理干预对患者临床治疗的影响。结果患者的临床表现显著改善,心理负担有所减轻。结论周密细致的介入治疗后后护理对肝癌患者病情好转起重要作用。
Objective To discuss the nursing measures and clinical effect of liver cancer after interventional treatment. Methods The targeted nursing measures were conducted in 138 patients with liver cancer in our hospital treated by in- terventional treatment,the nursing measures concluded health promotion,basic nursing,medication nursing and postoper- ative complication nursing.The influence of nursing intervention on clinical treatment of patients was studied. Results The clinical manifestation of patients was improved significantly,and the psychological burden of the patients was re- duced somewhat. Conclusion Careful nursing after interventional treatment plays an important role in the improvement of patient＇s condition.
