爱婴区母乳喂养咨询的专业指导对纯母乳喂养的影响效果

Influence of professional guidance to breastfeeding counseling on exclusive breastfeeding in baby zone

目的建立爱婴区纯母乳喂养支持系统并研究爱婴区母乳喂养咨询专业指导对纯母乳喂养的影响效果。方法选择2013年6~12月100例孕妇,根据有无爱婴区纯母乳喂养支持系统专业指导,将其分为指导组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组主要是孕妇自然喂养,无干预,而指导组则接受爱婴区纯母乳喂养支持系统的专业性指导。追踪观察并对比分析半年内两组纯母乳喂养率的变化。结果指导组及对照组孕妇在婴儿出生后3 d内采用纯母乳喂养的方式占绝大多数（100%vs 98%）,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;4周后,两组纯母乳喂养率开始逐渐下降;16周后,指导组和对照组的比例分别降为68.0%、28.0%;24周后,指导组和对照组的比例分别降为56.0%、18.0%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,专业指导能明显提高纯母乳喂养率。结论爱婴区纯母乳喂养支持系统提供的母乳喂养咨询专业指导能明显促使产妇采取纯母乳喂养方式,证明了爱婴区纯母乳喂养支持系统的有效性和实用性。

Objective To establish exclusive breastfeeding support system and study the influence of professional guid- ance to breastfeeding counseling on exclusive breastfeeding in baby zone. Methods 100 pregnant women from June to December 2013 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into guidance group and control group accord- ing to whether there was professional guidance on excusive breastfeeding support system or not,50 cases in each group. Babies in control group were given with exclusive breastfeeding without prevention;while the pregnant women in guid- ance group were in the professional guiding by the support system.Then,the rate of excusive breastfeeding between the two groups were analyzed comparatively within six months. Results Three days after birth,babies were mostly under ex- clusive breastfeeding（100% vs 98%）,which had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Four weeks later, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding decreased gradually;and 16 weeks later,the rate of guidance group and control group had decreased to 68%,28% respectively;after 24 weeks,the rate of guidance group and control group were 56% and 18% respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,which showed that professional guidance could improve the breastfeeding rate significantly. ConcLusion Professional guidance in baby zone for the exclusive breast- feeding support system can promote women to take exclusive breastfeeding significantly,which demonstrated the validity and practicability of exclusive breastfeeding support system.
