负压封闭引流技术在骨科疾病中的临床治疗效果

Clinical therapeutic effect of vcuum seling dringe in department of orthopedics

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在骨科疾病中的临床治疗效果。方法选择本院2011年12月~2013年1月收治的136例骨科疾病患者,将其随机分实验组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组患者采用常规负压引流技术进行治疗,实验组患者采用负压封闭引流技术进行治疗,比较两组患者引流管更换次数、患者创面愈合情况、感染率等指标。结果实验组更换引流管次数为（2.3±0.8）次,住院时间为（18.4±5.1）d,对照组分别为（3.1±0.5）次、（24.2±6.1）d;实验组患者的创面愈合率（100.00%）高于对照组（97.06%）,感染复发率（1.47%）低于对照组（4.41%）,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论负压封闭引流技术的引流效果较好,能明显缩短患者的住院时间,降低医疗费用,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vcuum seling dringe in department of orthopedics. Methods 136 cases of patients treated in department of orthopedics of our hospital from December 2011 to January 2013 were selected and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with each group were 68 patients. The control group was treated with conventional negative pressure drainage treatment,the experimental group was treat- ed with vcuum seling dringe treatment,the number of drainage tube replaced,wound healing,infection rate between the two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group,the number of drainage tube replaced were（2.3±0.8）times, the hospitalization time were（18.4±5.1）days,while the control group were（3.1±0.5）,（24.2±6.1）days respectively;the wound healing rate of experimental group（100.00%） was higher than that of the control group（97.06%）,and the infection recur- rence rate （1.47%） was lower than that of control group （4.41%）,compared between the two groups,the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The drainage effect of vcuum seling dringe is better,which can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce medical costs,and worth popularizing in clinical use.
