强力吸引器和吸唾器在窝沟封闭中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of powerful suction and saliva ejector in pit and fissure sealant

目的比较强力吸引器和吸唾器在窝沟封闭中的应用效果。方法将40例接受窝沟封闭的学生采用自身半口对照法,一侧应用强力吸引器,另一侧应用吸唾器,比较两组的操作时间、酸蚀次数、舒适度及窝沟封闭剂完整保留率。结果两组的操作时间、酸蚀次数、舒适度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强吸组的窝沟封闭剂完整保留率为97.50%,弱吸组的窝沟封闭剂完整保留率为92.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.5)。结论在窝沟封闭操作过程中,应用强力吸引器配合吸唾,操作时间短,酸蚀次数少,舒适度好。

Objective To compare the application effects of powerful suction and saliva ejector in pit and fissure sealant. Methods The half-control method was used in 40 students with pit and fissure sealant.The powerful suction was used in one side and saliva ejector was used in the other side.Operation time,acid etching,comfort rate,pit and fis- sure sealant full retention rate of two groups was compared respectively. Results Operation time,acid etching,comfort rate of two groups was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Pit and fissure sealant full retention rate in strong suction group was 97.5%,pit and fissure sealant full retention rate in weak suction group was 92.5%,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Powerful suction applied in pit and fissure sealant,the operation time is short, the etch is less and has good comfort.
