孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果观察

The clinical effect observation of montelukast treating Henoch-Schnlein purpura in children

目的探讨孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年6月～2013年6月收治的68例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象，按随机对照双盲法分为对照组和观察组，每组各34例。对照组患儿给予常规对症治疗，观察组在此基础上给予孟鲁司特治疗，比较两组患儿的临床疗效、半年内复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患儿的总有效率为94．12％，观察组为73．53％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；随访半年，对照组的复发率为26．47％，观察组为2．94％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论孟鲁司特治疗儿童过敏性紫癜可获得良好的临床效果，具有较低的复发率及较高的安全性，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect observation of montelukast treating Henoch-Schfinlein purpura in children. Methods 68 children with Henoch-SchSnlein purpura in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to a randomized controlled double-blind method,and there were 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment, and the ob- servation group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,relapse rate within six months and the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 73.53% and there was a statisti- cal difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）;there was no statistical difference of incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups （P〉O.05）;After all patients were followed-up for six months, the recurrence rate in the control group was 26.47%,and it was 2.94% in the observation group and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast treating Henoch-Schtnlein purpura in children has good clinical effect with the lower recurrence rate and high security.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
