急性二氧化硫中毒的急救与护理

Emergency treatment and nursing careof patients with acute sulfur dioxide intoxication

目的探讨急性二氧化硫中毒的急救与护理方法。方法选取2011年8月～2013年8月本院收治的156例急性二氧化硫中毒的患者．随机分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，治疗组采用个性化护理。结果经过护理及指导，患者的临床症状得到改善，治疗组显效率为60．26％，总有效率为91．03％；对照组显效率为39．74％，总有效率为69．23％，两组问差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论加强对急性二氧化硫中毒患者的急救与护理，不仅可以提高患者的存活率，而且对促进患者的康复起重要作用。

Objective To explore the emergency treatment and nursing care ofpatients with acute sulfur dioxide intoxi- cation. Methods 156 patients with acute sulfur dioxide intoxication that admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was carried onnormal nursing,the treatment groupwas carried onpersonalized care. Results After comprehensive nursing and guidance,the patients＇ clinical symp- toms were improved,the apparent efficiency rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 60.26% and 91.03%,the apparent efficiency rate and the total effective rate of the control group was 39.74% and 69.23%,the differ- ence was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Increasing the comprehensive nursing of emergency treatment and nursing care of patients with acute sulfur dioxide intoxication,not only can improve the survival rate of patients,but also can play an important role inpromoting the rehabilitation of patients.
