近年来,随着医院离休人员进入"双高期",退休人员日益增多,离退休人员信息管理工作出现了前所未有的严峻形势,面临着许多新情况和新问题。通过加强思想认识、培养管理人才、改善软硬件条件等措施,逐步提高医院离退休人员信息管理工作水平,使之成为领导正确决策、科学指导的依据,成为离退休管理干部的有力助手。

In recent years,along with the hospital retired personnel into the ＂double high period＂,retirees are increas- ing,the information management work for retired personnel appears severe situation of hitherto unknown,faces with many new situations and new problems.By measures of strengthening the ideological understanding,training management tal- ents,improving soft hardware condition,we gradually increase the level of hospital retired personnel information manage- ment,to make it become the basis for the decision-making right and scientific guiding,and become a powerful assistant of retired cadre management as well.
