氢氧化钙一次性复合剂填充根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果研究

Effect of clinical research on root canal filling with disposable compound calcium hydroxide on treating acute pulpitis

目的研究氢氧化钙一次性复合剂填充根管治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年12月～2014年1月本院治疗的76例急性牙髓炎患者，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者采用氢氧化钙一次性复合剂填充根管．对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖测压法填充根管。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组疼痛消失状况总有效率为94．7％，高于对照组的76．3％（P〈O．05）。实验组临床表现总有效率为92．1％，明显高于对照组的73．7％（P〈0．05）。结论与氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖测压法填充根管相比，氢氧化钙一次性复合剂填充根管可以显著提高患者的治疗效果，值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of root canal filling with disposable compound calcium hydroxide on treating acute pulpitis.Methods Seventy-six patients with acute pulpitis admitted into our hospital from December 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In experimental group,root canal was filled with disposable compound calcium hydroxide,while in control group,root canal was filled with zinc oxide eugenol paste and gutta percha point by manometry.The therapeutic effective rate in both groups was observed.Results The clinical amelioration rate in the experimental group was 92.1%,obviously higher than 73.7% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The effective rate of pain disappearance in the experimental group reached 94.7%,which was higher than 76.3% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In comparison with root canal therapy of zinc oxide eugeno] paste and gutta percha point by manometry,root canal filling with disposable compound calcium hydroxide can remarkably improve therapeutic effective rate, which is worthy of expansion.
