“中三角”跨区域创新系统的协同发展研究

The Study on the Synergetic Development of Cross-regional Innovation System of Middle Yangtze River Delta

以武汉、长沙、南昌为核心增长极的"中三角"经济区将成为继长三角、珠三角和环渤海三大城市群之后,拉动我国经济发展的又一重要引擎。实行协同发展战略,对"中三角"区域创新系统进行有效整合,是促进跨区域经济协调发展的重要方式。文章首先探讨了"中三角"跨区域创新系统协同发展的必要性,然后从协同发展的内在机理、参量系统、影响因素三个方面展开分析,并在此基础上提出了促进"中三角"跨区域创新系统协同发展的五条建议。

The Middle Yangtze River Delta, consisting of Wuhan, Changsha, and Nanchang, will be another important engine driv- ing for economic growth after Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim. A synergy development strategy and integration of the Middle Yangtze River Delta regional innovation system are the important ways of promoting across the region economy coordinated development. The paper first discusses the necessity of the synergetic development of cross-regional innovation system of Middle Yangtze River Delta, and then analyzes the internal mechanisms, parametric system, and synergetic effect on the synergetic development of cross-regional innovation system. Last, the paper proposes five suggestions of how to promote the synergetic development of crosszregional innovation system of Middle Yangtze River Delta.
