煤矿生产协同化管理机制研究

依据协同管理和项目管理的原理和方法,对现有煤矿协同问题进行分析,建立以煤矿井下工程生命周期为主线的煤矿生产协同化管理体系,对煤矿生产协同管理机制进行了分析。研究表明,以煤矿井下工程生命周期为主线的煤矿生产协同化管理体系是理顺并规范生产管理流程、实现无缝衔接、解决生产协同问题、提高煤矿生产效率和效益的有效途径。

According to the principle and method of collaborative management and proj ect management,firstly,the existing collaborative problems of coal mine were analyze;Secondly, The production system of collaborative management of coal mine which used proj ect life cycle of coal mine as the main line was established;finally,the collaborative mechanism was analyzed. Research shows that this collaborative management system is an effective way to straighten out and standardize production management process,achieve seamless coordination,solve production problems and improve the productivity and efficiency of coal mine.
