摘要
从鳜仔鱼在饥饿状态下的生长速度、摄食率、抵达 PNR的时间几个方面研究温度与仔鱼饥饿耐力的关系。实验表明 ,不同温度下仔鱼的生长速度从大到小依次为 :2 5℃ >30℃ >2 8℃ >31℃ >1 9.5℃ ;抵达 PNR的时间从长到短依次为 2 5℃ >2 8℃ >1 9.5℃ >30℃ >31℃ ;摄食率高低依次为 2 5℃ >2 8℃ >1 9.5℃ >30℃ >31℃。可见 ,随温度的升高 ,仔鱼的饥饿耐力也显著提高 ,但超过 2 8℃后 ,仔鱼对饥饿耐受力急剧下降 ,在 2 5℃ ,仔鱼对饥饿的耐受力最高。
The relationship between temperature and starvation endurance of larval Siniperca chuatsi was studied The results indicated that under starvation condition the larvae growth rate (from high to low) was 25℃>30℃>28℃>31℃>19 5℃,the time to PNR (from long to short) was 25℃>28℃>19 5℃>30℃>31℃,and the feeding rate (from high to low) was 25℃>28℃>19 5℃>30℃>31℃.The larvae starvation endurance rised apparently with temperature,but the endurance decreased quickly when temperature exceeded 28℃,while the endurance was the highest at 25℃
