Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Initial Reservoir Impoundment of Large-scale Hydropower Projects

在总结近年来我国大型水电工程初期蓄水经验的基础上,系统分析了大型水电站初期蓄水的影响因素,如移民搬迁进度、工程形象进度、大坝安全、导流建筑物封堵安全、近坝库岸稳定、下游供水等,并提出相应对策,对拟定工程初期蓄水方案具有指导意义。

Based on initial impoundment experiences of China＇s large--scale hydropower projects in recent years, the factors which affect initial reservoir impoundment are systematically summarized, such as resettlement schedule, project progress, dam safety, diversion structure blocking safety, reservoir bank stability and downstream water supply. Some countermeasures are also put forward which will be instructive to formulate initial impoundment program.
