Intraoperative care of a patient with intravenous leiomyoma combined with the inferior vena cava and right atrium invasion undergoing stage Ⅰ surgical resection

总结1例静脉内平滑肌瘤病伴有下腔静脉及右心房受累患者行Ⅰ期手术切除的术中护理。手术由多个科室协作完成,时间8h,其中深低温停循环35min,肌瘤完整取出,手术顺利。对于此类手术,术前完善的计划和术中的团队协作、有效的体温管理和无菌控制、压疮的防护、大出血的处理、并发症的观察等是患者手术成功的关键。

This paper summarizes the intraoperative care of a patient with intravenous leiomyoma combined with the inferior vena cava and right atrium invasion undergoing stage I surgical resection. The operation was success-fully performed cooperated by multiple departments and the duration was 8 hours. The deep hypothermic circulatory arrest time was 35 minutes. The leiomyoma was completely removed. Perfect plan for surgical procedure,intraopera-tive teamwork,effective body temperature management,strict sterile procedures,prevention of pressure ulcer,bleeding handling and observation of complications are key points for the success of this operation.
