ICU护理风险管理影响因素及对策研究

Nurses-perceived influencing factors and strategies of nursing risks in the intensive care unit

目的了解ICU护理风险管理影响因素及其程度,为实施前瞻性风险管理提供决策支持。方法采用便利抽样法,选取本市5所三级甲等医院230名ICU护士作为研究对象,对ICU护理风险管理影响因素进行问卷调查。结果 ICU护理风险管理受护士因素、系统因素、协作因素三大项9个因素的影响,各因素的影响力依次为护士的核心能力、基本素质、规章制度、组织管理、护理服务、协作配合、医疗因素、患者因素、支持系统。结论影响ICU护理风险管理的各因素关系密切、相互依存,提示管理者应组建一支以学术带动为引领的专科化风险防范队伍,建立一套以制度规范为支撑的信息化风险预警机制,构建一个医护患和谐共生为模式的一体化风险控制共同体,最大限度地降低或规避ICU护理风险事件的发生。

Objective To investigate influencing factors of nursing risks in the intensive care unit（ICU） and pro-vide reference for prospective risk management. Methods Totally 230 ICU nurses were recruited from 5 tertiary level first class hospitals by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with a self-designed question-naire about the influencing factors of nursing risks in ICU. Results Nine significant factors were identified as the influencing factors of nursing risks in ICU,including nurses＇ core competency,professional quantity,regulations, organization and management,nursing services,team work,medical factors,patients factors and supporting system. Conclusions The interaction of various nursing risk factors indicates that managers should establish a research-led professional risk prevention team,formulate an informatics-based risk alarm system,and construct a harmony medical-patient risk control system to minimize the incidence of ICU nursing risks.
