2型糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗启动困难原因及对策的研究进展 被引量：24

Barriers and strategies of insulin initiation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus:a literature review

摘要 2型糖尿病是由于β细胞功能的减弱，导致胰岛素敏感性下降和胰岛素分泌减少，以血糖升高为特征的代谢性疾病。明确诊断的2型糖尿病患者的β细胞功能通常只剩下50％，之后呈逐渐下降的趋势，由于年龄和病程等不可控因素，2型糖尿病患者不可避免地需要胰岛素治疗来获得并维持血糖。
