黑水银莲花微量元素的微波高压消解-原子吸收法测定 被引量:3

Determination of Trace Elements in Anemone amurensis(korsh.) Kom. by Microwave-Assisted Digestion with Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 用微波高压消解技术处理样品,采用AAS法对黑水银莲花中K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe和Mn等元素进行分析测定。该方法的加标回收率为96.5%-108.1%,RSD〈2.3%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。结果显示,黑水银莲花中含有较高的K,Ca,Mg等微量元素。此测定结果可为接下来黑水银莲花化学成分及药效的研究提供科学数据。 Objective In this paper, a method of microwave digestion technique for the contents determination of trace elements in Anemone amurensis ( korsh. ) Kom. Methods elements K , Na , Ca , Mg , Cu , Zn , Fe and Mn in Anemone amurensis ( kor- sh. ) Kom. by AAS. Results Microwave - Assisted digestion technique was used to prevent the elements from volatile losses to re- duce the blank. Its recovery ratio obtained by standard addition method ranged between 96.5% and 108.1%, and its RSD was lower than 2.3%. The results showed that A. umbrosac, a. Mey is rich in the elements such as K, Ca, Mg and so on. Conclu- sion provide scientific data for the study on the elements in Anemone amurensis ( korsh. ) Kom. and on their relativity of medicine efficacy.
