摘要
目的优化蒙药赤芍防治心血管系统疾病的有效物质群的提取纯化工艺。方法采用香草醛-浓硫酸比色法,以赤芍总苷为指标,考察提取工艺和大孔树脂纯化工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为溶剂70%乙醇、提取时间4 h,溶剂量200 ml,提取次数2次;纯化工艺为3BV/h吸附速率吸附,再用30%乙醇洗脱,流速为3BV/h。结论该方法简单可行,能较好的提取纯化赤芍防治心血管系统疾病的有效物质群。
Objective To optimize the extraction and purification process of the active parts in prevention of cardiovascular dis- ease from Paeonia lactiflora Pall. Methods With the amount of total paeony glycoside as index, the process of extracting and macroporous resin purification was optimized by vanillin sulfuric acid colorimetric method. Results The optimum extraction process was 70% ethanol, extraction time 4 h, the amount of solvent 200mL, 2 times of extraction. The purification process were 3 BV/h adsorption, eluting with 30% ethanol, the flow rate 3BV' h. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible and a good ex- traction and purification for paeony glycoside from Paeonia lactiflora Pall.
