摘要
目的通过观察通便汤对泻剂性便秘大鼠结肠神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NES)、突触素(SY)的影响,阐明通便汤治疗泻剂性便秘的作用机理。方法采用泻药造模法建立慢传输型便秘大鼠动物模型,随机分为空白组、造模组、通便汤低剂量组、通便汤高剂量组、西沙比利组5组。各组按规定剂量4周后,运用免疫组化技术检测第2、4周大鼠结肠NSE、SY的表达,测定其数目并进行统计学处理。结果通便汤低剂量对泻剂性便秘结肠组织中NSE、SY改变有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论 NSE、SY参与泻剂性便秘发病,低剂量通便汤对泻剂性便秘疗效确切,对结肠神经损害的修复作用理想。
Objective To observe the effect of NSE, SY in rats with constipation caused by using laxatives, clarify the mecha- nism of Tongbian decoction in the treatment of laxative constipation. Methods Slow Transit Constipation (STC) caused by laxa- tives rat model was established and were randomly divided into five groups. By using immunohistochemistry methods, the distribu- tion of NSE and SY of pathological changes in neural colonic mucosa of rats were detected after treatment. Results After statistical analysis, low dose of Tongbian decoction group indicated remarkable vary of the rises of NSE and SY on the colonic tissue of con- stipation caused by laxatives (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The expression of NSE and SY takes an indispensable role in the patho- genesis of constipation caused by laxatives. Low dose of Tongbian decoction has excellent curative effects and ideal repaired func- tion to the damaged colonic nervous when laxatives dependent constipation was treated by promoting the benefit proprietary Chinese medicine.
