络能片中血竭素含量的反相高效液相色谱法测定

Determination of the Content of Dracorhodin in Luoneng Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的建立络能片中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法采用RP—HPLC法，以AgilentEclipseXDB—C18为分析柱（46mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠（55：45），流速：1ml·min^-1，检测波长：440nm。结果血竭素在9—144μg·m^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）。加样回收率为99．61％，RSD=1．70％。结论该方法准确、简便、可靠，可以作为络能片的质量控制指标之-。

Objective To establish the method for determination the content of dracorhodin in Luoneng Tablets. Methods RP - HPLC was adopted in the study. The liquid chromatography was carried out using Agilent Eclipse XDB - C18 （46mm × 250mm, 5 μm ）, with detection wavelength at 440nm. The flow rate of mobile phase [ acetonitrile - 0.05 mol· L - 1 sodium dihydrogen phos- phanate（55：45） ] was 1 ml · min-1. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 9 -144μg · ml-1（ r = 0. 9999）. The recovery was 99.61% ,RSD = 1.70%. Conclusion The method is accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used to quality control of Luoneng Tablets.
