从中药复方角度研究中药炮制的思路探讨-以“六味地黄丸”为例

Research on processing Chinese Materia from the point of view of the Chinese herbal compound-A Case Study of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(LWDH)

随着当今中药炮制研究的深入,我们发现通过复方的药理或化学研究对中药材的炮制原理相关研究的方法具有重要现实意义。该文试提出从中药复方角度研究中药炮制的思路,以六味地黄丸为例对中药材的炮制进行研究,即将中医方剂学、中药炮制学、中药药理学综合起来对其所包含的药材进行研究,即在六味地黄丸这个经典方剂中,以经过不同工艺炮制得到的药材组成,以药理药效学为评价指标,最终得到六味地黄丸中各药材(熟地黄、山茱萸、山药、泽泻、牡丹皮、茯苓)的最佳炮制工艺组合,从而突出从复方角度研究中药炮制的重要性,真正实现在中医药理论指导下对中药炮制进行研究,为保证中药复方六味地黄丸的质量进而保证临床药效及提高生产实践效率提供科学依据,为进一步丰富中药炮制内容、深入提示中药的炮制原理具有重大的意义。目前,国内外迄今未见此思路研究六味地黄丸所含中药材炮制的报道。

With the development of research on processing Tradional Chinese Materia （TCM）, we find out that exploring the rel- ative research methods about processing principles has very important and actual significance through researching the pharmacology and the chemistry of the Chinese herbal compound. This article tries to put this thinking into researching TCM processing, while taking Liuwei Dihuang Decoction （LWDH） as an example. We puts three professional branches of TCM such as Chinese medical formulas, TCM Processing and Chinese drug pharmacology together to research taking LWDH for example, that is, in LWDH com- posed of each TCM by the different prcessing technology, taking pharmacodynamics as the evaluating index ,we get the best com- bination of the processing technology of each TCM such as Shudihuang, Shanzhuyu, Shanyao,Zhexie, Danpi and Fuling in LWDH, then we formulate the quality standard of each crude and processed TCM so as to highlight the importance of research on process- ing TCM from the point of view of the Chinese herbal compound and realize processing TCM really under the TCM theories, which guarantees the quality of LWDH and provides the scientific proof to ensure the clinical effect, increase the efficiency of production practice and has the great significance in furtherly enriching the content of processing TCM and prompting the principles of pro- cessing TCM. Currently,there are no reports by the thinking of researching the medicinal materials in LWDH from the point of view of the Chinese herbal compound at home and abroad.
