针刺治疗围绝经期潮热神经内分泌机制研究述评

A review of research on Neuroendocrine Mechanism of Acupuncture treatment of menopause hot flashes

围绝经期潮热是围绝经期综合征最常见的症状之一,针刺治疗围绝经期潮热在临床上使用广泛。近年来,学者们对针刺治疗围绝经期潮热的作用机制进行了许多研究,取得一定成绩。文章从雌激素、5-羟色胺、内啡肽假说等方面对针刺治疗围绝经期潮热的有关机制进行述评,并认为今后的研究可从基因层面进一步阐释针刺治疗围绝经期潮热的相关作用机制。

Menopause hot flashes is the most common problem in menopause, acupuncture is effective for relieving menopause hot flashes. In the present paper, the author review recent progress of research on neuroendocrine mechanism of acupuncture treatment of menopause hot flashes from estrogens ,5 -hydroxytryptamine and endorphin. The author also points out that gene level has pro- vided a new reference for further illustrates the related mechanism about the effect of acupuncture on menopause hot flashes.
