电针上巨虚对慢性内脏痛敏大鼠腹直肌电与AWR评分的影响

Effects of electroacupuncture on abdominal withdrawal reflex and rectus abdominis electromyogram of chronic visceral pains rats

目的探讨电针对慢性内脏痛敏的影响。方法将新生8日SD幼鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和电针组。模型组和电针组通过直结肠机械扩张制作慢性内脏痛模型,持续2周,正常组不予处理。饲养至8周。第9周开始,对电针组进行电针治疗(上巨虚,2/15Hz,2mA,15min),隔日一次,共6次。正常对照组与模型组不进行干预。治疗结束后以腹部撤回反射(abdominal withdral reflex,AWR)评分和腹直肌肌电放电(abdominal electromyogram,AEMG)为指标观察电针治疗效果。结果模型组大鼠腹部撤回反射和腹直肌肌电放电在不同直肠扩张刺激水平(20 mmHg,40 mmHg,60 mmHg,80mmHg)均高于正常组;电针组大鼠腹部撤回反射和腹直肌肌电放电均低于模型组。结论电针上巨虚可缓解大鼠慢性内脏痛敏感性。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on chronic visceral pain. Methods Eight - day - old SD rats were allocated to three groups： normal group, model group and electroacupuncture group. Chronic visceral hyperalgesia models was established by dilating colorectum for two weeks in model group and electroacupuncture（EA） group. The rats were then left to grow to aduh age until the 8th week. From the 9th week on, the EA group were aeupunctured at ST37（2/15Hz, 2 mA, 15 min） every the other day, totally 6 times in count. When the EA treatment finishing, coloreetal distention （CRD） - induced abdominal withdraw reflex （AWR） score and rectus abdominal electromyogram（AEMG） were used to access the effect of EA treatment. Re- sults The AWR score and spikes of AEMG increased significantly in the model rats while electroacupuncture decreased the AWR score and spikes of AEMG significantly.. Conclusion Electroacupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on chronic visceral hyper- algesia..
