Discussion on State-owned Forest Farm Further Reform

国有林场在我国林业建设中居重要战略地位 ,要在市场经济体制下持续、快速发展 ,必须进行改革。文中依据浙江省淳安县新安江开发总公司林业总场的实践 。

State-owned forest farm occupied an important strategic position in China's forestry. Accompanied with the action of the socialist market system, management system funding system and relevant economic policies must be reformed so as to realize the long-term,sustainable and rapid development. This paper is based on practices of Forestry Center of Xin'an River Developing Corporation Chun'an County Zhejiang Province,discussing the reformation of operation system to adapt to current rural unitydivision management patten together with state-owned forestry farm characteristic.
