浙江中小民营企业转型升级问题研究

Transformation and Upgrading of Small and Medium- Sized Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

中小民营企业在发展经济、改善民生、增加就业、维护稳定等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。当前,转型升级已经成为决定中小民营企业未来发展的关键问题。文章通过对浙江省内外大量民营企业的调查,研究了中小民营企业转型升级问题。研究发现,当前中小民营企业的转型升级面临着税费重、融资难、创新意愿低、人才匮乏及市场信心差等一系列问题。在对这些问题进行深入调研的基础上,文章提出了相应的对策建议。

Small and medium - sized private enterprises play an irreplaceable role in economic development, improving people＇s lives, increasing employment and maintaining stability. Recently, the decision to transform and upgrade small private enterprises has become a key issue for future development. This paper investigates the problem of transforming and upgrading small and medium - sized enterprises on the basis of a survey of a large number of private enterprises inside and outside Zhejiang Province. The study found that at present small and medium - sized private enterprises face a lot of problems in transforming and upgrading themselves, such as heavy taxes, financing difficulties, low willingness to innovate, talent shortage and low market confidence. On the basis of in - depth research of these issues, this paper makes recommendations to deal with these problems.
