第313例 过敏性鼻炎—嗜酸性粒细胞增多—进行性少尿

病历摘要
患者男，48岁。因喷嚏、流涕2年，咳嗽1个月，尿中泡沫增多3周，胸痛2d于2012年6月被收入北京协和医院急诊科。患者2年前开始在冷空气刺激后打喷嚏、流清涕，离开刺激环境可缓解，当地医院诊为“过敏性鼻炎”，未经治疗。1个月前出现咳嗽、咳少量白色黏痰，伴乏力、纳差、低热，体温37．5～38℃；3周前出现腰痛，尿中泡沫增多，尿液呈茶色，尿量无显著变化；同时伴双手麻木。
